Work in this laboratory is focused on elucidation of the underlying physiological processes that regulate growth and secretory responsiveness in the mammalian pancreatic excretory duct system and on understanding the molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis in cystic fibrosis, pancreatitis, and pancreatic cancer.
